It was a very unorganised process. The actual interveiw itself seem quite unprofessional with the two interviews often from time to time having personal conversations with each other and I did not receive a response with regards to the outcome until 7 weeks later. And this is after calling various departments and head office for half an hour and a half.
Good process overall and online system works perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend applying and preparing yourself as there are up to 6-8 questions asked. A good idea would be to research the department you would be working in

How confident are you with using different softwares
Pre screening was with an external recruiter and then there was an interview with two managers. It was about an hour long and the tone was friendly and they asked standard competency and behavioural questions.
Good interview. Quick call from HR and then an interview. Before the interview a language test (eng and German). I received the offer on the same day. I wonder why the process was so quick.
