I first applied to another Engineering Manager role and got an almost immediate rejection. I decided to "test" and applied to the embedded Linux managerial role, fitted my resume and skills to match perfectly and exactly the job description: Got another rejection very soon, but the job posting is still available. Seems they are kind of cheaters and either pre-select their candidates just faking the recruitment process, or have a less than poor recruitment team that don´t read the applications. Red flags everywhere and definitively I would recommend to nobody to apply with them.
