I spent more time developing the package to get the interview, then I was interviewed, and the time it took for the recruiter to decline me after the interview was faster than the time I spend developing my package.

The process was long: Cover letter + cv, then a written interview, followed by psychometric assessments, then team-level and HR interviews. This is where the process ended for me. There would have been further interviews with senior leadership if I had passes the HR interview. The HR interview was awful and I was on the brink of withdrawing when they told me they were not continuing my candidacy
