The interview process consisted of a call with the primary recruiter, the hiring manager, an assignment to test async communication skills related to recruiting, a call with a TA data person, and a call with a peer. Overall, the process was very good. The primary recruiter was consistent and timely in her communication and the interviews were structured in a way that aligned closely to the role. I was disappointed to not receive an offer but would definitely be interested in another future opportunity with Camunda.
