I applied online. I was contacted about a week later by phone. I was interviewed by the property manager the next day. It was a really relaxed interview. The first interview went well and I met with the regional manager two days after that. She was also extremely nice but her interview style was more stern. Although they were both nice I didn't leave the interview feeling like it was a sure thing. She let me know that she would contact me soon with a final decision.
