Everyone was very respectful and replied timely. Interviews can be time consuming but you can tell that they are just as fully invested in you as you are in them.

CallRail has been one of the few companies that I interviewed with that really respected my time as a candidate. Their interview process is very straight-forward, and doesn't ask you to do take-home assessments like some other companies do. It's mainly 4 steps, screening call, meeting the director of UX where you go through a project and critique their products, meeting other designers, then meeting the VP of product. I really appreciated the conversational approach they have to try and really get to know you as a designer.
