I met with the owner in the showroom and discussed my resume and experience. We talked about how my experience could apply to the work environment even though I didn't have direct experience in the industry. He showed me the product lines and accessories, told me about plans for expansion and how he hoped to get the factory organized before that time. Overall the interview was an enjoyable experience.
