Involved two separate interviews at the London office. First was a values based interview with the COO. This was more of an informal chat that helped put me at ease and gave a great insight into the company culture. The objective here is to see if you are the right fit for the company and vice-versa and it did involve some quite searching questions! The second interview was with the Head of Data Practice and BI Manager. This was a technical interview where I got to talk about previous projects and the solutions I'd designed. Again this was quite informal, and I wasn't asked any technical questions about a specific technology (there are two online Qlik tests you a required to complete prior to the interview however). I also learned a good deal about the aspirations of the company and there was some genuine enthusiasm from both interviewers.
