First you are asked to Introduce yourself. They explain the interview process. First it starts with an IQ question, then a simple coding with white board explanation. OOP Concepts are also asked.

I had 2 interviews. first with a senior software engineer and 2nd one with a team lead. asked .NET concepts. In first interview I had 2 iQ questions and programming questions. second interview was mostly about a problem solving task.

It is more IQ test than technical interview. Live coding check with your preferred language. 1st round they check your algorithm ability with 4 hour coding interview. After shortlisted they call for technical interview. So these are some difficult stages to go through.
