Positioned opened in June and I applied in early July. I got no response from the company for several months and started calling HR repeatedly to get an update. I finally got a response and a phone interview in late August with the HR person. In October, I got my first onsight interview with the HR person and a subject matter expert. In November, I came back for another interview with the senior leadership. I was notified via email by the HR person right before Christmas that I did not get the position. The HR person shared that she had to send email because she was too busy to call. As a general note, there is one HR person and she is not very good about returning calls.
