It was telephonic. There was one Human Resource and one Project Manager interviwing me. HR person asked me basic details and if I had reviewed their salary chart on their site as there was no room for discussion than their fixed salary. Project Manager asked me how I had been able to get into project management after all the varied roles that I had performed in IT industry. I did mention that i worked in QA, BA, DA and had done my project management certificate course and had requested management team to give me a chance and they were happy with my performance.
