I applied online in late August, and having passed the online test, was given an editing test, which required the editing of one passage from a choice of two. I submitted the test - as well as an application form - on time, but received no response from them. I emailed them with a request for a response after two weeks, and have yet to receive any response. This is not usually a problem for me: I prefer the "silent treatment" with rejections, as it allows for mutual amnesia on both sides, though I also accept (but am admittedly less fond of!) constructive criticism regarding my performance. However, the email from CACTUS specified that there would be a response "from us within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) with the decision/next steps" which is, in my opinion, on the unfortunate side of unprofessional. Since it has been a few weeks since my submission, it feels reasonable to write that false claims are not the best look for a company. Exhibit A: this description!

Smooth and quick, the step were just as described as the initial stage, and this was refreshing as sometimes this processes can be rather confusing. There were three interviews followed by an overall feedback.
