      Entrevista

      I applied for a position with CVS in February of 2024. I began my interviews with them in mid-March 2024. I completed a series of 5 interviews, in addition to the virtually recorded interview, over the course of 13 weeks. After my second "final round interview" (yes, there were 2 and occurred over a month between them), I was not updated on if they would be moving forward with an offer until 3.5 weeks later. At that time, I received an email communication that they would be continuing their search. Throughout this entire process I was informed I could not be provided email addresses to the individuals I interviewed with to send thank you notes - they had to be provided to the recruiter. Okay! During this time the hiring manager nor recruiter ever reached out once to keep me updated on the status of my application and interview process. Often, there was a month without communication. Okay! Lastly, to receive (albeit personalized and not automated) an email from the recruiter saying I am no longer being considered, was the cherry on top of not caring about me during this interview process. I cannot believe that a hiring manager would not take the time, after someone who has dedicated MONTHS and made it to final round interviews TWICE, could not pick up the phone to deliver the message. Never once was I appreciated for my time and commitment to the interview process, or honestly treated like a human being. And believe it or not, this was for a role within HR...the team that is supposed to be focused on creating a great employee and CANDIDATE experience.
