I got a call back within a week. Manager of the store interviewed me first, then the head pharmacist. The head pharmacist offered a much lower staring wage than is standard, and made it seem like that's the way it was. I found out later that he had lied.

Very simple interview, as they reviewed my resume and asked my availability and the potential salary I would want if I were to be offered a position. They also explain the process of the training program, as the program is essentially a stepping stone towards becoming a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
