I was told that training and trial period for this job could take 60-90 days before secure in the role of Supervisor. Overall, the interview was short and to the point and I am waiting a week to hear back from the manager so that he can interview other candidates.

Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.
