Applied online (was able to apply for various positions at various locations at once). Interview process was general questions but also the store manager wanted to get a feel for the type of person you are and your personality. The interview didn't feel uptight, it was very relaxed and encouraged openness with the manager. Hours were 20-30 as part time. Training was mostly online and hands on, very simple and easy to understand.
Went to the location, it was pretty crowded that day the main questions they asked was how would you handle certain situations dealing with frustrated customers. Also about your attendance and availability mostly guesting to see if you’re reliable

They called me a few days after I applied online to come in for an interview. Unfortunately, we only go one question in before the manager realized I would have to go back to college in the fall and apparently the hiring and training process takes to long, so she wouldn’t be able to take me.

Asked about experience. I didn’t have much, but I’m guessing they were urgently searching because I was hired on spot. Emailed that same day, accepted my salary, and have been there for almost a year.
