First I had a brief phone interview asking about my experience and projects I have worked on. Then it was a straight to an onsite interview. They make you do a 20 minute cognitive assessment then you talk to 3 different engineers for 30 - 40 min each.

They asked software design questions, and algorithm questions. Lots of people came in and out asking a lot of the same questions, though. Made me take a test before hand as well.
