First received a 30-minute phone interview followed by a coding assignment that is 4 to 8 hours long but gives you a week to submit and then an in-person interview

Received a phone call interview, simple questions about background. They gave you a coding assignment and you have a week to submit it. They encouraged you to ask questions but they don't reply to any of your questions. Simply you get the assignment and then get ghosted until they replied to you. Overall a negative experience.
