Lots of skills tests... I had to verify my knowledge and skills like 3 separate times. First time I did a skills test via email, the next one was in person with a recruiter, and the final one was with the CEO. They then hired me. I know they have made lots of changes after I was hired though.
The interview process was unnecessarily long and overly complicated, with too many steps, tests, and assessments. It felt exhausting and frustrating, as each stage seemed excessive for the job role. Instead of streamlining the selection, the process dragged on, making it feel inefficient and discouraging. A more concise approach would have been more respectful of candidates' time while still identifying the right fit for the position.

After applying, they sent me a link with a test (75 minutes) and wanted me to basically interview myself and send them the video - kinda creepy and I did not bother.
