      I am amazed at how Coalition Technologies treats candidates, not because I wasn't hired but because of the bizarre process they ask candidates to go through. For me it was a four step process of 1) sending in a resume and cover letter, 2) completing detailed and time consuming questionnaire, 3) taking a test and then 4) an in-person interview. At one point they sent me a email congratulating me on being one of 11 finalists for the position. That's when I opted out. They guys are clueless and have no respect for candidates. They need a new approach to recruiting and a new attitude toward candidates. One tip: pick up the phone and talk to your candidates.

      the pre-set assessment was fairly simple although it was a bit lengthy. They showed a bunch of different videos and webpages and asked us to identify what's missing/wrong in them. Lastly, they asked to upload a 3 minute video explaining your background, why you applied and why you'll be a good fit

      I found the interview to be average. They had you look at videos of people interviewing for positions and gave you the requirements for what they were looking for. They had you rate them best to worse and you had to tell them why. This was also done on different websites. Lastly, you had to take a video of yourself and give a small interview.

      Why do you want this job? Tell us a little about yourself. With regards to the website examples, they give you the criteria they are looking for. Out of the 5 examples, you rate them the best to worst and tell them why you answered that way. The same is for the pre-recorded interviews. You rate them best to worst. They are pretty obvious. Some have bad lighting and audio, others are short and don't answer the questions they asked.
