I received an email stating that the company desired to move forward with my application. The email contained a link to a page where I would be provided a PSD and asked to create a "pixel-perfect" rendition with HTML and CSS (no JavaScript, which is odd) in sixty minutes or less. I completed the exercise is roughly two hours, matching exactly with the PSD.. Actually finishing within an hour is extremely difficult because the request is to make the page perfectly the same as the PSD. Although the email said the time it took to complete the test was a "fairly small factor", I sincerely doubt that considering I never received a response.

It's a 4 hour assessment before you even talk to a single person. Also, the amount of fake reviews here are crazy. At least do some research on what a normal human sounds like.

I completed a Skills Test where I was given a real-time task and had a couple of basic questions like "Why I'm a best candidate for this position" etc..In the end, I was asked to record a 3-5 Self Introduction Video

Company is a complete scam! Do not engage with the interview process. Part of the interview is to create a website based on a photoshop image. This isn't a generic website building test, this is you doing the work for their agency and building websites for clients. At the very least, they are using this code to implement into the websites for their clients. There is no job, you are free labor under the guise of a job offer.
At no point in the interview process will you speak to a human face to face at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
