Hi! Our project managers need the ability to utilize Photoshop and other industry standard software and we need to evaluate their understanding of common HTML - we are a web design and development firm afterall. We ask for a pixel perfect conversion to gauge skill in relevant areas- a project manager could be hired with a lower score there, but their responsibilities and offer may reflect that.
