Very bad. The hr was mean, but the other interviewer was good. And the whole interview needs people to know a lot about the market, although this is just a middle office role.

Entrevista
The online group interview consists of 5-6 people, with no form of mutual discussion. The interviewers ask questions, and everyone competes to answer. The questions are highly relevant to ETF products and macroeconomic conditions. Towards the end, the examiner mentioned that even if the interview is successful, each individual will need to undergo a two-month internship before considering regularization. The regularization process WILL NOT BE ON AN EQUAL BASIS for the candidates who finish the 2-month internship.
