Multiple rounds starting from an HR interview, then an Assistant Manager round and then a Project manager round, which may be multiple. Long waiting between each. Best option to get hold of an interview is employee referral. Multiple hiring events happen year long.
The first interview was brief over the phone with a recruiter verifying resume and qualifications. The second interview involved a Project manager as well as another admin. Third interview involved the field team to confirm the interviewee is a good cultural fit.

Very good. We had the interview with a few colleagues in a special event for recruitment. Most of the questions were technical and at the same time about previous experiences under the same position.
