Very smooth and relaxing interview process. I was even able to job shadow someone so I could see if the job was going to be a good fit for me or not. Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating.

I had a friend who formerly worked for CRST who had reached out to her former supervisor regarding the opening the had for DM. The next day I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview. Two days later I had my first interview with two operations mangers, and three days after that I had my second interview with the senior leadership team. Both interviews were brief, direct, and informative. I started the week after my second interview. I think it was a very smooth onboarding process. Two thumbs up!
