Very unprofessional HR. They set up an phone interview and 1st day she said that she wanted to reschedule as she was busy.Next day she said that there is some problem with her VoIP. Again rescheduled,and that day I did not get any call in a mail she asked me to call her as her phone was not working,I did not have international credit,again rescheduled but no call. I send her email saying I was waiting for her call,she said she messed up with another meeting.Again rescheduled.One phone screen interview took almost 10 days to schedule.
Three rounds. Phone, in-person, and video. Asked about previous experience. Internship experience, SAP experience, and experiencing working with teams. Ideal work environment. Asked about a time when you experienced adversity.
Awful awful awful. Stay away from this company at all costs. They literally leave you hanging and have zero respect for your time or your efforts. Spent 3 months interviewing with them multiple times only to not get a response after the final round. Told to wait 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, until I directly reached out after over a months post-final interview to find out they rejected me. Shows what type of company this is. Culture seems like an extension of greek life with bro culture a dominant feature of the team.

Interview was for 2 rounds. 1st just HR / Hiring manager calls you to check if your potential candidate. Then scheduled round 2 of interview. If you know and interested to learn SAP will be tested.
