I was already an intern in the WCM department there. Landed the internship through college fair. I met with the Logistics Manager at the plant as soon as I started and he had an opening. The interview process began 2 days later. Interviews with 5 different people staggered over 4 months: Hiring manager, Ops manager, WCM manager, HR and Plant Manager.
