I had two interviews, both were phone interviews. I was asked on my previous experience in the same field. First interview lasted for 45 min. On second interview, I was asked same questions regarding my previous work experience and also provided me with ongoing projects and project I would work on. They also provided me brief description on the plant and company overview. 3 hours from my second interview I received a call from HR offering me the position and pay.
