Very straight forward. Applied to the position, got a call a few days later. Went in for the interview. Interviewed with four individuals ranging from the one who would be over seeing my work, all the was to to the president of the company. It look less than an hour. They asked how much I was expecting to get paid for the position. I told them 50-60k. Left and had an offer letter in my inbox before I got home.
