I interviewed with two members of the team, both of which were very experienced professionals and they gave me general career advice on top of the interview after asking questions about where I wanted my career to go. The interview had a business casual tone and the interviewers were very friendly.

Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
