I first got a msg on LinkedIn expressing interest in my profile with the job description. I found the job description interesting and later was invited for first round of interview which lasted an hour directly with my line manager. As the next round I was invited for a trial day to meet my team and the CMO and had to pass the technical proficiency test. Upon passing that I was then had a final call with the Co-founder of the organisation. Very professional teams and loved the interview process
