Phone & in person interviews with recruiter went very well (Ft Lauderdale) quick response and an interview was set a few days later with hiring mgr (Boca Raton). Boca office is very casual, most employees were in jeans and some in shorts! I met with hiring mgr and 1 person that would be my peer. The hiring mgr was not professional at all. He was more interested in what everyone outside the glass conference room was doing. No interest in anything I had to say and seemed to just go thru the motions of running down all the questions on the list. He left and sent in second person (the peer), she asked similar questions- perhaps a standard set of interview questions. In general the impression I got is that I was to micromanage employees and in turn I would be micromanaged as well. At the end of the interviews the hiring manager did not even come back to say goodbye or walk me out. Guess he does not realize the interview process goes both ways. I did not get an offer and would have declined if I did.
