The real problem was the MRI Corporate (owned by CDI Corporation) encouraged real franchisees to interwork with someone who's franchise agreement had expired many years before and was in massive and growing debt to them. They even congratulated a real fraanchisee in winning work with this bugus franchisee, who did not share the money recieved for the work completed.
