Phone conversation followed up by a meeting. Friendly and conversational rather than questionnaire type questions. Interviewed by admin and coordinator. Decision on hiring was done on the spot ( no waiting and wondering). Very clear on the contract offered and expectations.

Very prompt and straightforward interview. It was detailed and related to the post as well as the position. It was a 2 stage interview process: the first interview was regarding my resume/history, and the second interview was very technical.

The interviewer made me feel comfortable and was willing to answer my questions. I was able to meet colleagues and tour the campus. They were flexible with my requests and were able address my concerns.
