It was a good interview they asked good questions based on the job working environment they asked about the difference between empathy and sympathy asked about transport and being able to be on time for work if you were able to remain calm under pressure.

First, you will check in at reception and complete basic computer tests that measure your typing speed and English grammar skills. If you pass those, you will do a short role-play scenario where a recruiter pretends to be a customer to see how clearly you speak and how well you handle pressure.
