There was a 15 minute phone screening with someone from the HR department. Next, there was an on-site interview followed by a take home spec work that they required you to complete. The spec work involved having you make a long bulleted list of items for a "spec" presentation and another PowerPoint based on that presentation topic. Do not accept this position. They're asking you to do the work of a full-time permanent employee's work without paying for your spec work.
