Smooth interview process. 2 interviews, 1 recruiter phone call and zoom interview with 2 directors, and one assessment. No overly difficult questions. Interviewers made the interview feel more of a conversation than strictly running through a list of questions. Well knowledgeable about questions I had as well

Tell me about a project where you collaborated with a team
The interview process was really disappointing. After an initial interview, they asked me to complete an assessment but then completely ghosted me—I never received any follow-up. Later I found out they had already hired someone. Overall, it was unorganized and frustrating
It was straight forward and overall a great process. It was mostly a behavioral interview process. I had two rounds of interviews. One with HR hiring manager and one with team lead.

Tell me about a challenge you experienced at work.
They first called and it was a basic screening. Then it was a in person meeting with the hiring manager and then you get ghosted. But it was a very easy process but I say keep your options opened when applying.
