The recruiter was supposed to call me for a phone screen - she never called. When I emailed her she replied that she was sick that day. No "sorry" or any strong attempt to reschedule which I though was odd for a company that preaches 4 values, one of which is RESPECT. Sure glad I didn't take time off from my current job to sit around by the phone waiting for our scheduled call.
