You are given a short video to watch about the company. Then a supervisor/member of HR comes in to interview you. You will be asked a series of questions and from there it is possible to be hired on the spot you will then need to complete a drug test

The Interview process was extremely easy. I was interviewed at the height of COVID, through a webcam. The questions were basically scenario-based questions and how would you respond to those instances, specifically high-stress situations.

Very simple. Not a lot is needed going into the job in terms of knowledge, just stick to being willing to adapt and compromise. They are looking to hire those willing to learn, not necessarily those with experience.
