Basically company has three rounds, they test you in each and every round. First round is Communication round where they test your communication skills in a broad way. Second round is technical round, they test you by asking technical questions from SAP and also the questions regarding your professional background. Third round is HR round, where they discuss with you about the general aspects and test you whether you are capable of handling things. We need to surpass all the rounds in order to get the job.
