Four interviews with different team members, a written exercise, and an HR interview. The interviews were technical, a mix of knowledge-based and industry-specific questions, not many questions about me or my motivations. Most interviewers did not seem very sure regarding what the role would entail. The first red flag appeared when one of the interviewers raised their voice and got aggressive when I answered two questions incorrectly, going as far as questioning my professional background. During an unscheduled phone call, I was questioned in a deceptive and disrespectful way regarding the exercise and my integrity outside this job application was also brought up. I withdrew from the process expressing my discomfort regarding how I was treated and never heard anything back - no apology and no acknowledgement of my time.
