The questions were not general behavioral questions. They are very specific. The questions relating to you, other than some basic questions (Your educational background, Are you authorized to work, work time, etc.) were "Explain why you are good at administrative work" and "Why you think you are good at administration". There were no opportunity for you to really talk about your self and your experience. There were no room for candidates to ask questions and the interview ended immediately after all the questions were answered.
