Great interview. The told me what is required, asked about my previous experience and it went really well. Owner is easy to talk to and quite friendly! Love the staff. Small company but room to grow!

First step is a phone interview, it was pretty simple and I think they mainly wanted to see if you had good phone presence. Second step is in-person interview. Again a very simple process and they didn't ask too many questions. They offered the job right away.

Entrevista
The first interview is a ten-minute phone interview where they make sure you know what the job is about and whether you are comfortable with talking to people on the phone since that's what the job is.
If they like what they hear they will ask you in for an in-person interview with the Inside Sales Manager and President. They will ask you about your work and educational history.
There is an opportunity for asking smart questions - I think that this is the main reason my interview was a success.
