I applied for the position online and was then contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. After my phone interview I was offered a in-person interview at their office. During the in person interview I spent around 15-20 minutes being asked simple questions about myself and past work experiences. I then shadowed a worker for around 30 minutes. Then I was questioned about what I learned and observed during the shadowing process.

The first phone Interview is just to get to know you and get an idea of what the position is about. The second phone interview is more in detail questions to see if you're a good fit. In person interview is with manager and supervisors and mirroring 3 reps.
