I posted my resume and received an email from the recruiter at C.H. Robinson the next day. I called back a few days later and was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interview went smoothly, so I was recommended for an interview at the office. When I called as requested two hours later, I was told I will be interviewing with two people, get a walkthrough the office, then interview with another superior. I liked that I was asked questions in a different way to provide the best opportunity for explanation, e.g. a background check will be run, is there anything they may find that I would like to explain first?
