Phone interview with Talent Manager, v positive - really liked her! She even talked about if this role didn't work out, there were other roles they were recruiting for. Spoke highly about my experience etc. The following week had an interview with a Senior EA & PA - they both seemed really nice, and like they cared about the type of person / cultural fit. Everything seemed too good to be true. HOWEVER, never heard back from the Talent Manager or team. Extremely disappointing, I chased for weeks regarding feedback / next steps. They ignored my emails and phone calls. 7 weeks later, I login to the careers portal and see that they rejected my application. This seems like a very common theme at Burberry.
