I was ghosted after a phone interview that I thought went great. I even followed up with the recruiter in a lovely email that she ignored. I will assume they are one of those companies that are not hiring but post positions to give the idea of growth. They posted several other copywriter positions when I applied and still do not have a single copywriter. The last copywriter they had was only there for eight months, according to Linkedin. Not sure if she was fired or left. I'm also not sure how they're getting their copy needs to be done right now; probably freelancers, but either way, the company is not doing as well as they are trying to pass off. I would pass on this company. They are rude and do not value the time and effort it takes to interview. Avoid.
