I applied for this job, it took several weeks for anyone to contact me. When they did they wanted to do a phone interview. Overall the phone interview went well and they emphasized the need to hire people based on their personality. Many of the questions asked were based upon that and not so much about your skill set for the position. I asked how quickly they were wanting to make a decision and they said ASAP and that she would contact me in late the following week about next steps. I sent a follow up thank you email, no reply. When I heard nothing from her the following week, no reply. I find this company very unprofessional in the way they handle hiring people. If they were not interested in continuing with me as a candidate they could have simply told me that in an email. I don't appreciate the 'ghosting' aspect of their interview style. What is even worse they repost the job several times on the job board to make it 'current' and never really hire for the position. If you were looking to come here, I would run as far as possible. They waste your time and aren't transparent about what they are looking for.
