I would not usually do this kind of review however I saw someone else had also mentioned their negative experience with Caroline. I actually came away from the phone call thinking I would not like to work for the company. I don't know whether the interview was recorded or something but it really does throw you when you try to talk but the phone has been put down and the person on the other end is not even listening. I was sat there for a good few minutes saying hello are you still there with no reply on multiple points during the interview and it was clear that what I was saying was not even being listened to. Eventually there would be a click and she'd be back talking. I also couldn't hear the questions as there was so much background chatter from people on the other side! It is a shame as regardless of the outcome I'm so impressed with what they are doing and really enjoyed exploring and learning about the renewable power they use!

The in-person interview began with some general questions about my background and interest in the company, followed by some consulting-style problem solving questions, and finally a Q&A with current employees.
