I did the interview with Rasul. He was very attentive answering emails, and planning to suit my timetable. He was very friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions. I left my previous company because I had felt that my ideas about documentation, collaboration and knowledge-sharing were distinct from those of upper management. I am not too sure, but I started to suspect that my previous company and Buddenheim are very similar. I was asking very specific questions that I had come up with based on that experience. I know that the company probably has some other very attractive things to offer, but it quickly became clear that it probably wasn't a good fit. Another thing that I should say is that I applied to this position with 0 SAP experience, knowing it was a SAP position. So I was already working with a disadvantage, but I am always inclined to apply to many different jobs and see where my profile might fit in their culture and what I might have the opportunity to learn. I could be wrong, but if it is anything like my previous company, it would probably be good for someone looking for steady, loyal work. It probably isn't a place to go into and shake up the established protocols with new ideas. This is based on a lot of assumptions, but that was just what I felt.
